If for any reason you are not satisfied
with any part of your purchase, return the items in new condition
with tags attached. We will be happy to exchange or issue a refund.
Return items that have been worn
will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to customer.
Returns and exchanges should be received
within 14 days from date of dispatch for United States customers
and within 60 days for international customers. Exchange items
will be sent by registered post in United States or airmail to
international destinations.
Please allow 14 days for us to receive your
return items and process your request for United States customers
and 30 days for International customers.
Outward shipping will not be charged on
your first exchange, but you must return the goods to us. Exchanges
requested by courier will incur an extra charge. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

How to make a return or exchange
Please include a copy of the original invoice
OR provide the original order details such as order number, postal
address, date of invoice and a contact email or phone. Make a
note of the exchanges or refunds you require.
We would recommend using a traceable method
such as registered post. It is your responsibility to ensure goods
arrive safely to the return address.
Include a correct working email address
with all correspondence so we can contact you immediately if we
need further information.
***NOTE: Refund, Return and Exchange Policies
only apply if the garment(s) have not been worn or damaged. In
the event that the gament(s) have been worn or damaged in any
way Bangtangalang WILL NOT refund, receive or exchange those items.
