Dino Jack

Bangtangalang's designer and President, Dino Jack was born and raised in the Caribbean on the beautiful island of St. Vincent. Growing up in the Caribbean, he was exposed to the exotic culture and the colorful vibes of carnivàl. As a youth, Dino spent a great deal of time with his father, Jenson Jack, watching him bring his designs to life. Jenson Jack is a well know artist and costume designer for carnivàl who has won many awards for his creative vision. Jenson is also considered a living legend in the Caribbean.

In search of a better living, Jenson moved with his family to New York in the late 80's. The exposure to the New York urban culture aided Dino in becoming involved in the fashion industry where he modeled for different designers and fashion houses. He also had the opportunity to pursue an acting career, performing in various roles. Throughout these opportunities, Dino effectively developed his creative concepts and became committed to learning the business aspect of the apparel industry.

Dino is not only exceedingly dedicated to his business and brand, but to his family and friends as well. In his spare time, Dino enjoys traveling abroad where he gains inspiration for his designs and creations. To sustain his motivation for life and design, Dino keeps his mind open to meeting people. He believes that, "Life is energy and that energy is always exchanged when you meet someone, whether good or bad. You meet people in life and they always take a part of you."
